The most important thing to me was the bed spread was clean as well as the sheets and shower curtain some do not change each someone checks they do over all the room was very clean . They have very nice furniture in our room. They serve a very nice breakfast and the staff was very nice. Well be staying there again.
The commode is to low to the floor needs a taller commode and a little larger tub and hold on to bars in the tub and the bathroom needed to be a little larger you had to stand between the cabinet and commode to close the bathroom door.

In my room, there was central heating to keep me cozy during my stay. I also had a multi-channel TV for entertainment and a microwave for quick snacks 📺. The breakfast here was particularly delightful, with a variety of fruits and a refreshing smoothie to start the day off right.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel was very close to our social destination. Good location off the main highway;
Room was too close to housekeeping making it difficult to maneuver with a wheelchair at times. Breakfast dining area also limits mobility for wheelchairs or families with large strollers.

The bed was amazing, and the desk staff lady was incredibly kind and helpful. I think her name was Ruita? She was really nice to us and volunteered lots of help.

The staff was probably the best part of the hotel. They were really attentive. We actually got to experience the first day of a receptionist, and she was terrific. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety.
One of the room we stayed had a little cockroach, but it was harmless.

I loved your staff. They were attentive and not just courteous, but engaged and friendly. The room itself was clean as a whistle and comfortable. The only downer was the pool. It was an outdoor pool and not cleaned or heated. I had shoulder surgery recently and am working on my rehab protocal. I thought that I could do some pool work but, alas, that didn't happen. I am the VP/C.O.O. Of a company which will be bringing hundreds of certification trainings to myriad cities across NA over the next few years. Hampton Inns are a perfect fit for our demography.
That the pool was closed and that the airport shuttle didn't run as early as my departure.

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was wonderful,however,
I asked for 2 queen size beds in a handicap assistance room. I was never notified that they do not have any hd rooms. This hotel has no walk in showers, the room was not wide enough for my walker, nor did the Walker fit in the bathroom. To top it all off, I was charged an extra $10 over the booking rate.

The location is not the the best due to is very difficult to get in at heavy traffic hours, also the room wasn't clean when we came back to the hotel . Had to call to get clean towels and sheets. The employees were nice but unfortunately not happy with the service.
